After seeing a lot of horror-story reviews for knockoff headphone dongles, I went with this one. It works perfectly, provides good sound and allows the volume and playback controls of my Bose headphones to operate properly. It has held up under the moderate wear and tear to which my equipment is subjected. I would strongly recommend it.

This is a genuine Apple adapter. I thought I was making a good decision with a two-pack of similar non-apple adapters, but soon realized they only worked occasionally for some reason. When they did work, they would stop working if I switched applications on my phone or if I bumped the plug with my hand; very sensitive and frustrating. However, this one is a legit Apple adapter and it worked as expected straight out the box and hasn’t short-circuited or anything funky like that at all.

The adapter is about 2.5 inches long. Took it out of box and worked fine. My iPhone SE 2022 needs an adapter since it has no dedicated audio port. This simple gadget is seamless. Makes using my headphones easy. Happy with the adapter. Reasonable price for a genuine Apple product. Recommend!

Originally, I thought the price of this adapter was pretty steep considering how small it is. When I had first gotten it, I was disappointed. It functioned perfectly fine, but the cord felt flimsy, it felt like I could break it easily, etc. But over time, I was proven wrong. After a TON of wear and tear (dropping it a ton, stepping on it a ton, surviving both a washer and dryer cycle, etc.), the adapter continued to work with only very minor issues (having to occasionally replug it, needing to adjust my headphone cord). I’ve only had to order a recent one as I lost my first due to the cord being too tiny and easy to lose.

bought other non genuine look alike adapters and they dont work after about 30 seconds. dont waste your money on any others. this is expensive for what it is but its the only one i found that works and is the genuine apple. overpriced.
